Western Energy Land & Utility Planning is a consulting firm providing professional services for rights-of way acquisition, environmental permitting, project management, construction monitoring, and federal agency liaison communication of projects.  Western Energy Planning has experience in the fields of electric transmission and natural gas transmission and projects such as the Reno ReTRAC project. 

Our principals have more than 35 years of combined professional experience in utility land services, and construction oversight and are highly self-motivated.  They are hard working individuals with the ability to establish excellent working relationships with all facets of clients and their customers.  Western Energy Planning possesses the necessary skills in administration and day-to-day supervision of technical and support personnel and has the ability to administer policies, procedures and work flow on any right-of-way, environmental or construction project.

We believe that a team effort is the most efficient and effective manner to approach any project.  We have developed cooperative agreements providing further support in the environmental, engineering and other necessary disciplines in the development of a project.  Consequently we are able to provide personnel and services to meet our client's needs in the short term route development and selection to the long term turn-key projects, all in a timely manner and staying within our client's budget.
